30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, shapewear that has been worn or shows signs of use cannot be returned. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Email support@67store.net before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. Returns must be sent to:

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact support@67store.net promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
For a different size or color, contact us first. The fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order after approval.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
