Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify on an SSL-enabled store. Available accelerated payment options include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on your device and eligibility.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing. Tracking is sent after shipment.
How long does U.S. delivery take?
Our current shipping policy estimates approximately 2–7 business days in transit after processing for U.S. orders. Carrier conditions, destination, and product availability can affect timing.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
What is the return window?
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn or used intimate apparel and shapewear cannot be accepted.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size information on each product page before ordering. Some imported styles can fit smaller than typical U.S. sizing; if a product page says it runs small and you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
